We are hiring a Solar Conversion Specialist / Sales Closer to meet with homeowners, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert qualified opportunities into signed solar projects.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on building trust, providing clear recommendations, and helping homeowners move forward with confidence.
Position Overview
The Solar Conversion Specialist is responsible for conducting in-home or scheduled consultations, presenting solar solutions, and closing projects.
You will work with qualified appointments generated by the team, lead the conversation, address questions, and help homeowners make informed decisions.
This role is best suited for individuals who are confident communicators, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to present solar solutions and project options
- Build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Answer questions and address concerns with clear, professional communication
- Close sales and secure signed agreements
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and project updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Represent Pro West professionally throughout the customer experience

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead conversations and guide decisions

- Comfortable working in a performance-based role
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous sales or closing experience is preferred
Compensation
Target earnings: $55,000-$95,000+ in year one, with higher upside for strong performers.
This is a performance-based contractor opportunity. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule

- Peak season typically runs from March through November
